The funny birthday topic formula
The topic is the only thing the AI hears from you. Three parts give the verse a joke to build and a place to land.
Their name
"Happy birthday Sam" tells the verse who it's for. Add the age if they'll laugh about it.
One quirk
Always late, terrible at directions, 4,000 unread emails. Pick the one thing everyone at the party would recognize.
A warm ending
"…but worth the wait" turns a tease into a toast. A funny birthday video works best when they're the first to share it.
All three together, tap to use it:
Tease what they already joke about. Leave out weight, looks, exes, money and anything they told you in private.
Why a birthday rap beats a funny stock clip
Most funny birthday videos online are made for anyone: a dancing animal, a meme, a song with a name dropped in. This one only works for one person.
Stock clips
Free and fast, and they've already seen it. The joke is about birthdays, not about them.
Name-in-a-song cards
Their name in a ready-made song. Personal for a second, then the same performance everyone else gets.
A birthday rap starring them
Their face on stage, a verse about their quirk, a new beat and new vocals. Nobody else gets this video.
A short birthday video, ready to send
The House Party stage is already picked: string lights, a disco ball and confetti behind your two rappers. Choose 9:16 for the group chat, WhatsApp or Stories, or 16:9 to play it on the TV before the cake comes out.
Each video runs 5 to 15 seconds, enough for one good birthday verse. Every render is new, so if the first take misses the joke, sharpen the topic and try again.
Only use photos you have the right to use, and make sure everyone on screen is in on the joke before you post it.

Funny birthday video FAQ
Can I make a funny birthday video for free?
Setting up the photos and the topic is free; rendering uses credits, and you see the cost before you start. The entry pack is $9.90 for 1,000 credits, enough for 2 videos at 10 seconds and 720p. Credits never expire, and a failed render gives them back.
Will the rap say their name?
Put the name in the topic and the verse is built around it. If the name is unusual, spell it the way it sounds, and listen to the whole video before you send it.
Does it sing the classic Happy Birthday song?
No. The AI writes and raps an original verse over a new beat. Put "happy birthday" and their name in the topic, and the verse is a birthday rap made for them.
Can the birthday person be one of the rappers?
Yes, and it's often the funniest version. Put their photo on one side and yours on the other, or cast two friends and name the birthday person in the topic.
Can our dog or cat wish them happy birthday?
Yes. A clear photo of a pet's face works as a rapper. The pet stands up on stage and raps next to you or next to a second pet.
How long is the video?
5, 10 or 15 seconds: one birthday verse, short enough to watch twice in the group chat.
How do I send it on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok?
Download the MP4 from My videos and share it like any phone video. Pick 9:16 for chats, Stories and Reels, or 16:9 to play it on a TV at the party.
Is it last-minute friendly?
A render takes 3 to 10 minutes, so yes. If it's for midnight or a party, make it a few hours early so you have time for a second take.
Will the AI write something mean?
The verse follows your topic, so a kind tease gets a kind birthday roast. Topics are checked before a render starts, and a failed render gives the credits back.
