Refund Policy

Failed video tasks

Credits are reserved when you start a video. If generation fails, those credits are released automatically. A completed video uses the credit amount shown before submission.

Purchases

If purchased credits are not delivered, or a payment is duplicated, contact hello@airapvideo.ac with your account email and payment reference so we can correct the balance or refund the charge. For unused credit packages, contact us within seven days of purchase to request a refund. Credits spent on completed videos are generally not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
